1. Question: Who is eligible for Career Counselling (C2)?
   Answer: Any student from Grade VIII onwards is eligible for Career Counselling (C2) and career aptitude test.
   
   
2. Question: What is the language for imparting the career aptitude test N-CAT?
   Answer: The career Aptitude test shall be imparted in English.
   
   
3. Question: What is the format of the career aptitude test N-CAT?
   Answer: It is a multiple choice objective test and all you need to do is choose the correct option.
   
   
4. Question: What is the duration of Career Counselling and the Aptitude test? (C2)?
   Answer: The duration shall be of 30 mins for Career Counselling and 90 min for the career aptitude test.
   
   
5. Question: How does Career Counselling help you?
   Answer: It gives you a detailed understanding of your aptitude in different subjects, along with your personality profile, strengths and areas of improvements. You get a chance to interact with our highly qualified counsellors who will help you choose the right career as per your aptitude. They shall also provide the latest career options available along with your customized career path.
   
   
6. Question: How & where shall N-CAT and Career Counselling (C²) be conducted?
   Answer: The test shall be conducted online, students can log in from anywhere on the URL (www.golsacademy.com). One to One Counselling shall take place in Mumbai. In cases where one-on-one Counselling is not feasible, tele-Counselling sessions shall be held as per the date and time chosen by the users at the time of registration for the test.
   
   
7. Question: What are the technical requirements for taking N-CAT online?
   Answer: Any computer with internet connection and uninterrupted power supply
   
   
8. Question: What happens in case of internet disconnection or power failure or if the student inadvertently closes the test before completing the test?
   Answer: Student shall be allowed to complete the test within the next 48 hrs with the same user id & password. He/she can log on again after some time or on the next day, i.e., any time within the next 48 hrs and start the session from the same section that he/she has last attempted. Once the section is completed and the submit button is pressed, it is stored in the server and hence need not be reattempted.
   
   
9. Question: How shall we get the report of the career aptitude test N-CAT?
   Answer: Immediately on completion of the test, once the submit button is clicked, an online report will get generated and students can print and download this report.
   
   
10. Question: How do you schedule one to one Counselling?
    Answer: After making the payment through the payment options you can select the timeslot and the location of your choice or call us for assistance.
    
    
11. Question: In case I have opted for tele-counselling, how would you schedule it?
    Answer: You will be informed about the time of telecounselling through mail within 48 hours once your payment is cleared. On the designated time please make yourself available along with your parents/relatives/friends, who you want to be a part of your discussion. Please keep all your doubts/queries ready for discussion. Please provide a handsfree telephone or cell with good quality audio. Please note this session shall not last for more than 30 minutes after which our counsellor may disconnect. Please also note that we shall not be responsible for poor audio or network connection. It is advisable to speak on landline for better audio quality and avoiding frequent disconnection. We remind you to have hands free phone for multiple audio conversation.
